Or curate your own tasting menu.  Choices abound in our casual, 5-course menu, served 5 days a week in Adana’s dining room. Chef Shota shares the dishes found

in a typical Japanese home highlighting seafood, vegetables and meats from the Pacific Northwest.

 

LOUNGE

Stop by after work for happy hour or for a

late-night beverage and snack.

 

We serve a bar menu that is inspired from the streets of Japan; full of street carts and tiny restaurants where Shota would visit 

while living there. 

 

COCKTAILS

The bar at Adana offers a full spectrum of spirits, but with a focus on Japanese whisky, wine, sake and Japanese-inspired cocktails.
